How to add background & logo
To add a background and logo
- Log in
- Click the ‘Settings’ tab.
- Select ‘Branding’ on the left-hand side. It is the second option from the top.
Here you can personalize your payment link, background and logo. Additionally, you can give your customers a better sense of your company by adding a color scheme, description and choosing display options.
- Select ‘Choose File’ in the ‘Logo’ box and select the image you wish to appear as your logo.
- Then select ‘Choose File’ in the ‘Background’ box and select the image you wish to appear as your background.
When you have chosen the images and are happy make sure to press save at the bottom of the page.
Best Practices for Branding:
- Make sure your image for your logo is 200px x 200px in size.
- If the logo contains writing or an image please make sure it isn't too close to the edges or it may get cut off. We are happy to help with resizing if necessary.
- Your Background image should be 1200x650 minimum. It can be larger but will get cut off.
- You can also change the color of the text by adding the hex code into the ‘Main Color’ box below branding and logo. If you need help setting up your profile contact us and our team will help customize it for you.
- You can also redirect your customer to a website after a transaction by using the URL redirect function on the branding page. Just input the URL into the box and your customer will be redirected to the website after paying. We recommend you either input your own website or social media pages if you have one.
