Create a channel to track payments
How to create different channels to track payments for different areas of your business (e.g - sales or events)
Create channels for uses such as:
- Each store location or salesperson.
- For fixed amounts or dynamic product prices.
- Regular clients or recurring events.
- Different sales channels, i.e service(s) and/or product(s).
To create a Channel:
- Select the ‘channels’ tab.
- Click on ‘create a channel’.
- Create the channel url & title.
- Select whether you want the channel pricing field to be an ‘open’ or ‘set’ amount.
- Choose the currency you want to charge.
- Select payment type - ‘one-time payment’, ‘recurring’ or ‘optional’.
- Choose the background branding image for the channel.
- Add a description that you want your customers to see.
Each channel will be displayed in the dashboard displaying the total payments and last payment made.
