How to set up Recurring Payments
We have made recurring payments and payment requests even easier to manage by allowing you to set how much, how often and for how long you get paid.
This feature will enable you find a solution with your customer, helping you get paid quicker!
You can set up an automatic payment plan through the ‘Requests’ tab on your Payflo dashboard.
Here’s a step by step guide on how to create one:
- Login to your dashboard here and click on the Requests tab.
- Click Create Payment Request.
- From there, you can easily select frequency (weekly, monthly, yearly).
- Decide the number of installments.
- Insert the amount of each installment and add Taxes(VAT) if applicable.
Once you have filled it in, simply enter the customers details to send via email and / or text.
Sit back, and monitor the status of customer plans on the dashboard. If there are any missed payments, the client is notified via email to update payment details!
