How to make refunds on Stripe
If you use Stripe and have to make a refund, you will need to follow these steps.
If you have to make a refund, you will need to log into your Merchant Account to do this and follow the steps below:
- Log into https://dashboard.stripe.com/login
- Click payments on your left hand side of the screen.
Click on the payment you wish to refund.
- You will note the 'Refund' button to the right of the screen.
- Click to refund to make a partial or full refund.
